All our products are made-to-order or prepared with individual care. This allows us to ensure the highest quality for you.


· Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment before it leaves our facility.

· This time is used for quality control, careful packaging, and generating your shipping label.

We currently ship and deliver orders all across India.


3. Shipping Partners & Methods


We partner with trusted and reliable courier services to deliver your orders, such as Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket, or India Post. The specific carrier used will be chosen to provide the best service to your location.

· Please Note: The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

· Example: An order placed on a Monday should be expected to arrive between the following Monday and Wednesday for most locations.

· All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.


5. Order Tracking


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to zhoryxxcare@gmail.com that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to see the real-time status and location of your delivery.


6. Important Shipping Notes


· Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

· Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., recipient not available, incorrect address), the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

· Shipping Delays: While we provide estimated timelines, sometimes delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, transportation delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
